All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and are non-refundable. The gift voucher may be exchanged for goods or service of a higher price than the face value of the voucher on payment of the difference. However, if used for a lesser amount, no change will be given. Mutilated, damaged or defaced vouchers cannot be exchanged. The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher. No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings may be necessary. Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void. No liability will be accepted for the replacement or refund of lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
